Dr Zahra had a lengthy discussion with me and answered all my questions never felt home like i did with her, also very honest 100% . In this era you need an honest doc, She was open and honest with me and even recommended for further evaluation (this is personal)
Even though the services recommended were not offered at her clinic (due to the assessment findings) let me tell you this is my best find 2026.

I can’t recommend Ellie Infant and Child Clinic enough! From the first visit, I knew my baby was in the best hands. The clinic space is so warm and welcoming. It’s beautifully set up with a safe, playful area where babies can relax and play before or after their check-ups. That thoughtful touch makes the entire experience less stressful for us parents and children.
Dr. Zahra is truly exceptional. She takes her time with every baby, carefully checking all aspects of growth and development. There's a lot I have learnt in the process about children. I really appreciate how patient and gentle she is. She doesn’t rush through appointments and she makes sure every concern a parent has is addressed with kindness and expertise. Did l mention that she works with an amazing lady at the reception called Stella? These two are a great combo to us as parents and kids.
One thing that truly stands out is how reachable and responsive Dr. Zahra is. Even during late-night emergencies, she’s just a call away. That level of care gives parents so much peace of mind.
I also love the clinic’s questionnaire approach every time we have a checkup. It helps us parents understand child’s growth milestones in a very interactive way. It’s such a smart and educational process that makes you feel involved in your child’s development journey.
Dr. Zahra also goes above and beyond when it comes to explaining vaccinations and open to share any other medical information before we make decisions. When it comes to information, she gets it. Research-based guidance and reassurance every step of the way, she is the right paediatrician.
The location is easily accessible with convenient parking, which makes visits so smooth!
Overall, Ellie Infant and Child Clinic is a gem for any parent looking for compassionate, professional and reliable pediatric care. Thank you, Dr. Zahra, for your dedication, patience and love for our little ones. You’ve made parenthood a lot easier and more informed for me.

As a pediatrician, with over 10 years of experience in both the public and private health sectors, I have dedicated my career to ensuring the well-being of children from infancy through adolescence.
After years in the medical field, I realised that I was tired of the “assembly line” type of medical experience that often gets in the way of good care. I often saw parents leaving appointments unsatisfied with unanswered questions. Your child deserves more than a rushed 10- 15 minute slot. I decided to build a practice where the clock doesn’t dictate care.
I believe in thorough, unhurried consults. I do not believe in a “cookie -cutter”approach! Whether it’s a routine check-up or a complex concern, we will sit down and talk through your child’s health in detail.
Parenting doesn’t stop at 5 PM, and neither does my care. My families have direct access to me beyond office hours ensuring you have expert evidence-based guidance for those late night fevers or weekend worries.
My clinic is designed to be a sanctuary for families. My commitment extends beyond medical expertise to creating a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly environment in my practice. By limiting the number of families I see each day, crowded, noisy waiting rooms are eliminated.
